This top 10 is the top 10 space movies. I am not a real big fan of this kind of movie, so movies that are on critics best of list, many of those I don't like. (2001 A Space Odyssey, The Right Stuff (never seen) Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind) As you can see, I like comedies. 3 of these movies were also on the disaster movie list. #1 was the same on both lists.

- Flight of the Navigator (1986) Kid movie but good
- Apollo 13 (1995)
- Galaxy Quest (1999) another funny movie
- Starship Troopers (1997) very underrated movie
- Planet of the Apes (1968) very good year
- Star Wars (1977) 1st one was the best
- Explorers (1985) another kid movie
